TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BOOKING WITH SKYLINE WORLD TRAVEL:-

We are Skyline World Travel and we look forward to the opportunity to act as your booking agent for your travel needs. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully.  You must not make any booking unless you understand and agree with the following terms and conditions. References to“us”, “we” and/or “our” in these booking terms and conditions shall mean Skyline World Travel.

  1. Please Check and ensure the spelling of the name of the Passenger/s travelling in this itinerary are correct as per their Passport.
  2. Please check and ensure your flight details in this booking are same as requested.
  3. Please be aware these tickets in this booking are non-refundable.
  4. All travelers must have a valid passport for international travel and many countries require at least 6 months validity from the date of return and some countries require a machine-readable passport. We will not be responsible in any case your entry is refused in your country of destination.
  5. It is your responsibility to fulfil the passport, visa including transit visa and other immigration requirements applicable to your itinerary. We do not accept any responsibility in the case of you being unable to travel due to not complying with any such requirements.
  6. We recommend that you contact the airline to confirm your scheduled departure time 24 hours prior to your flight.
  7. Please check and ensure with Skyline world Travel prior making your final payment as fares and taxes are subject to change.
  8. Please advise your Frequent Flyer Number, we do not guarantee the supplier will credit your points for the booking.
  9. In case you hold a duplicate booking with any other travel provider, it is your responsibility to cancel those bookings. We will not be responsible for any cancellation by the airlines if you fail to do so.
  10. We strongly advise Travel Insurance for you and the other passengers in this booking. Please refer to Australian Government website www.smartraveller.com.au for further advice.
  11. Please be aware, Airlines do not provide any accommodation in transit unless specified by us in writing.
  12. In case your payment has been made by credit card or bank transfer, you will not seek to charge back your payment even when you cancel your booking.
  13. You must ensure that you are aware of any health requirements and recommended precautions relevant to your travel and ensure that you carry all necessary vaccination documentation.
  14. We will not liable for the cancellation of any services, or bankruptcy by third party company providers including airlines. We do not accept any liability of whatever nature, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, for the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of third party providers over whom we have no direct control. Under circumstances where liability cannot be excluded, such liability is limited to the value of the purchased travel arrangements. we do not accept any liability in contract, tort or otherwise for any injury, damage, loss (including consequential loss), delay, additional expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or any other event which is beyond our control which is not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part.
  15. Travel documents include (without limitation) airline tickets, hotel vouchers, tour vouchers or any other document (whether in electronic form or otherwise) used to confirm an arrangement with a service provider. Travel documents may be subject to certain conditions and/or restrictions including (without limitation) being non-refundable, non date-changeable and subject to cancellation and/or amendment fees. All travel documents are non-transferable. All airline tickets must be issued in the name of the passport/photo identity holder, some carriers will deny carriage if the name varies and the booking may be cancelled. Any errors in names on your documentation will be your responsibility if not advised at the time of booking. It is your responsibility to collect all travel documents from us prior to travel.
  16. You agree to indemnify us and our affiliates, and any of our Suppliers, and any such parties’ officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, causes of action, demands, losses, damages, or other costs, (including reasonable legal and accounting fees) brought by you or third parties as a result of (a) your breach of this Agreement, (b) your violation of any law or rights of any third party, or (c) your use of our website.
  17. You acknowledge and are fully aware that you are travelling during COVID-19 pandemic period at your own discretion.
  18. You acknowledge that you are aware of Australian Government Quarantine and COVID-19 Restrictions/Testing rules for overseas travel.
  19. You acknowledge and are fully aware of COVID-19 Restrictions/Testing rules of your destination country including the country or countries you will use as your transit.
  20. You acknowledge and affirm that Skyline World Travel will not be liable or responsible for any cancellation or disruption of any leg of your journey due to COVID-19.
  21. You indemnify Skyline World Travel fully for any damages or financial loss for cancellation or disruption of any leg of your journey in this itinerary due to COVID-19.
  22. You acknowledge that Skyline World Travel has advised you for a Travel Insurance Policy covering COVID-19 for your travel itinerary.
  23. You agree with our Privacy Policy outlined  in details at our website www.skylineworldtravel.com
  24. We reserve the right at any time to modify this Agreement without prior notice to you. Please refer to our website at www.skylineworldtravel.com from time to time to review the most current version of the Agreement. These terms were last updated on 01 January 2022.
  25. You acknowledge that you are 18 years of age or older and that you understand and agree with the above Booking Terms and Conditions.

Skyline World Travel, in providing various travel services acts solely in its capacity as the agent of travel suppliers. Skyline World Travel does not guarantee or ensure that the services will be provided by any supplier, nor can Skyline World Travel guarantee or ensure that the services ordered through it will not be changed or modified by a supplier. Skyline World Travel shall not be liable for any changes, including but not limited to changes in price, schedule, equipment, accommodations or seat assignments for any service which occurs subsequent to payment for such service. Skyline World Travel disclaims all liability for errors or bias in reservations, fares or other information which is not under its control.
